AK Diaries

We are a couple of techies living our life one day at a time with our baby boy Rocco, a rescue Beagle. We realised that our demanding careers coupled with (early) mid-life crisis made us busy in our individual lives and we, unconsciously, had stopped spending time with each other. Bored of just binging OTTs we tried figuring out a common hobby to spend more quality time. We landed upon our love for food, and so decided to take up a journey to share the love and learn how to blog in the process. So without any ado, AK Diaries was born on Instagram.

However, on the road, we figured that we want to do more than just share a few seconds of video. We hope that our thoughts, research and learnings that we’ve put in this blog help you cook fresh and delicious food without having to Swigato and burn a hole in your wallet!
